Paper Abstract:
|
Digital inclusion is a process that a government or public/private entity undertakes in order to bridge the digital divide in a given region. Through a revision of the state of the art, it may be concluded that, firstly, projects/programs that attempt to advance digital inclusion are managed poorly, and secondly, that it is important to define and approach it from complexity, in order to then represent it from the sciences of complexity. In the present document, the presentation of a doctoral thesis, the objective presented is to create a complex proposition of digital inclusion, with emphasis in the social perspective of the phenomenon. As a general conclusion, there seems to be great interest in the phenomenon of digital inclusion from perspective of complexity and its principles in both academia, and for the management of its programs/projects. |
